Directions for use as detox drink:
- 1 heaped teaspoon dissolved in water
- Consume before bed for 30 days
- Increase daily water intake during detox
Important: Consume bentonite clay at least 2 hours before or after taking any medications. Bentonite clay may bind to some medications and reduce their effectiveness.
Directions for all external application:
Mix 1 part clay and 2 parts water and mix into a smooth paste
- Apply thin layer to face or body
- Once dry, remove with warm water
